Daniel Abt is Certified Specialist SBA Inheritance Law, focusing primarily on estate administration, negotiation and litigation, as well as executorships and other estate-related roles. He also contributes his expertise to estate planning. He practices in both national and international estate matters and is co-editor and co-author of the standard reference work “Praxiskommentar Erbrecht” (5th edition, 2023).
