As a Certified Legal Assistant (HF), Alessia Felice supports our clients in all administrative, organizational, and procedural matters related to inheritance law. Drawing on her professional expertise, she guides and manages inheritance-related matters from the initial contact through to the conclusion of the case.
Areas of Practice
A particular focus of her work lies in the administrative handling of executorship mandates, as well as in providing comprehensive support to our attorneys in the performance of such and other probate-related duties, such as representing heirs, inheritance administration and liquidation of estates.
In addition, she handles organizational, administrative, and preparatory and follow-up tasks related to the drafting, filing, or deposit of notarial deeds (such as wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, advance care directives and powers of attorney, or real estate purchase agreements, etc.) and supports the notary in the performance of her duties.
